Butterfly Kisses to our Baby Girl on her very First Birthday!!For Boots' first birthday party, we had a "Butterfly Kisses" theme ~ rather than bringing gifts, we asked her guests to bring her a butterfly kiss. We had a great turnout and really appreciated that so many of her friends were able to come celebrate with us. Everyone agreed that Elizabeth definitely knew she was the center of attention! She sat at the head of the table like a little pink princess. The children played, the adults talked, and Boots served birthday cake (made by Mrs. Judy, of course) and Cheerios, which were sitting around in little serving dishes.

So many friends were there, and Boots' two grandmothers, Gigi and Dede were there, and even one of her great-grandmothers, Mimi! Other friends in attendance were Canon & Caden Porterfield, Katie & Lauren Andrews, Fripp & Crawford McDougal, Peyton & Lauren Lewis, Ella Reyn Duckworth, Addie Dayne & McKay Gregg, Wyatt Harper, and Aunt Bonnie stopped by for kisses earlier that afternoon.
Elizabeth definitely has a sweet tooth, but she was very careful about tasting her little tasting cake ~ almost delicate. No handfuls for this little princess ~ just a finger or two at a time.
For favors, Boots gave her guests little butterfly nets and pretty butterfly Christmas ornaments (you can barely see the white butterfly on the table, by the net).
